Through the years, he has moved from being an individual contributor as an Enterprise Account Manager, handling large Corporate accounts like Tata Motors and Bajaj Auto , to National Sales, manager for x86 ( ProLiant ) servers , Heading the West Zone for Enterprise Business Group to the current role as Country Manager FSI .
To him the future is exciting – as we see the CHANGE in customer profile, product mix and a new go to market strategy based more on customer experience than just product specifications.

Mohit has been associated with Indian Financial Services industry for almost two decades. He has done multiple roles as an IT Solutions Sales & Marketing professional with special focus on IT Advisory, business applications and cloud computing products & services. At VMware, he leads FSI vertical, essentially covering Banking, Insurance & other Financial Services accounts across the country. Being a leader of Key Accounts business function, he has been personally involved in various large IT transformation initiatives embarked by large & strategic customers. Prior to joining VMware in Jan 2015, he has represented Oracle, IBM, Diebold, CA & CMC in different capacities, helping the clients select & consume IT consulting, solutions and professional services for varied requirements.
Mohit is very passionate about Mobile-Cloud driven trends. He keeps himself updated on the latest innovations specifically in Cloud / SDDC, Digital Business & Social Media Analytics. He has participated as a panelist in various industry forums, sharing his perspective, on the above-mentioned subjects.He holds an MBA degree from University of Pune.
